Rikkyo Institute for Business Law Studies

Rikkyo Institute for Business Law Studieswas established at Rikkyo University in order to encourage the comprehensive study of business law. The institute hosts specialists on fundamental legal subjects such as public law, civil law and criminal law in addition to cutting edge law topics including financial transactions, intellectual, property, labor law, competition law, tax law, private international law, trade law and the sociology of law. Its fellows also include economists and sociologists. Together, the institute’s fellows are engaged in various research and educational projects in collaboration with internal and external institutes.

The Board Director Training Institute (BDTI) is a "public interest" nonprofit in Japan dedicated to training about directorship, corporate governance, and related management techniques. It is certified by the Japanese government to conduct these activities as a regulated nonprofit.
