Mr. Kumagai graduated from the Department of Law from Chuo University. After being accredited as a lawyer, he worked at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Law Firm and Kobayashii & Associates Law Office. In 2006, he and Mr. Nakagawa founded their current law firm.
The Board Director Training Institute (BDTI) is a "public interest" nonprofit in Japan dedicated to training about directorship, corporate governance, and related management techniques.
