Mr. Ikeda graduated from the Department of Law of Tokyo University. He has engaged in many share and convertible bond issuances and disclosure issues. From 2002 to 2004, he worked at a major foreign investment bank, where he advised on a range of practice areas including equity, debt and structured finance. He advises on a various aspects of financial and security fields, and compliance and regulatory issues.
The Board Director Training Institute (BDTI) is a "public interest" nonprofit in Japan dedicated to training about directorship, corporate governance, and related management techniques.
