ACGA Presentation at FSA: “Fostering Constructive Engagement between Companies and Investors”

On June 1 2016, the Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACGA) Chairman, Douglas Henck and Secretary General, Jamie Allen gave a speech at the “Follow-up Committee for the Stewardship Cod and the Corporate Governance Code” of the  Financial Services Agency (FSA) in Tokyo, Japan.

The presentation focused on how to foster constructive engagement between companies and investors.
