The course was designed by two Japanese professsors who arefamous in the respective twofields,complemented byinputfrom other advisors.As there have been a number ofrequests about an English-language version, if we receive many more, we may create one. So if you have such interest, please let us know at info@bdit.or.jp.

*Since it is mainly targeted at high potential employees and mid-level managers, introducingthis courseto currently-serving directors need imply that you think that their own skills are insufficient. Rather, the suggestion would be that since that person's company is serious about both its HR development program and corporate governance, they may be interested to know about this low-cost option. (Which atonly 30,000 or less per person, contains fully nine hours of instruction if one takes all sections of the course. )

The Board Director Training Institute (BDTI) is a "public interest" nonprofit in Japan dedicated to training about directorship, corporate governance, and related management techniques. It is certified by the Japanese government to conduct these activities as a regulated nonprofit.
