Mikiharu Noma has been an Professor of Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy at Hitotsubashi University since April 2019. Mikiharu Noma served as an Instructor of Department of Commercial Science at Yokohama City University since April 2002, Assistant Professor of Department of Commercial Science at Yokohama City University since October 2003 and Assistant Professor of Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy at Hitotsubashi University since October 2004. He has served as a statutory auditor of Aplix IP Holdings Corporation since March 2013, has been a Member of the Voting Committee at Keystone Partners Co., Ltd. since June 2010. Mikiharu Noma has been a Member of Disclosure Committee for Listing System at the Tokyo Stock Exchange since October 2009, and presents serves as the Chairman of the “Corporate Disclosure Laboratory” organized by the Ministry of Economics, Trade and Industry (METI). Recipient of the Securities Analysts’ Journal Prize, and the Japan Accounting Association’s Academic Prize.
