「経済産業省は、持続的成長に向けた企業と投資家の対話促進に向け、株主総会プロセスの電子化を促進するための課題や必要な措置等について検討を行うため、「株主総会プロセスの電子化促進等に関する研究会」を設置します。
主な検討事項
（１） 株主総会招集通知等の提供の原則電子化に向けた課題と方策
（２） 議決権行使プロセス全体の電子化を促進するための課題と方策
（３） 株主総会関連の適切な基準日設定に向けた対応策 等」

金融審議会「ディスクロージャーワーキング・グループ」を開始
金融庁は日本再興戦略の一環として、「ディスクロージャーワーキング・グループ」を開始しました。
これは多くの企業が開示している報告書などを統合するなど、企業の情報開示の在り方等を検討するために作られたものです。
第一回会合が11月10日に開催されました。
